Dr. Mariam Fida is a leading expert in Medical Genetics and Preimplantation Genetic Testing (PGT). After earning her PhD from the University of Edinburgh, she specialized in PGT in Chicago, becoming the first GCC national in this field. She established Bahrain's first PGT center and currently serves as a Consultant in Medical Genetics and PGT. Active in education and advocacy, she frequently speaks on genetic testing and is involved with various national and international societies.
