Job Summary: Al Malaki Specialist Hospital looks forward to hiring an experienced Insurance In-Charge.
(with experience in the Healthcare field)
Qualifications & Skills :
- Bachelor degree in Administration or equivalent.( Required to hold some type of accounting degree )
- With a minimum of 5 years work experience with at least 2 in a supervisory position, preferably in a hospital or a medical center.
- Promote teamwork to achieve Al Malaki Hospital’s mission, and understand and exceed expectations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and complete duties in a timely and organized manner
- Managing overall operations in an insurance setting.
- Connecting specifically with insurance agents to ensure that employees communicating personally with policy holders represent the hospital in the best light.
- Identifying and minimizing threats as part of ongoing risk management responsibilities.
